- MedicsPro are seeking experienced Community Registered Nurses (RGN) - Band 5 with recent NHS experience to work at Macclesfield District General Hospital. Shift pattern is Monday- Sunday, 09.00am -17.00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and dispense medication safely and accurately.
* Provide clear guidance and support to patients and their families regarding care and
treatment plans.
* Manage patient documentation and compile accurate medical records.
* Perform routine procedures, including taking samples, monitoring vital signs such as
pulses, temperatures, and blood pressures.
* Actively listen to patients to understand their needs and symptoms.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans, regularly
evaluating their success.
